Before buying in the SPL GROUP online store, read the terms of the transaction.
This text is an agreement between the SPL GROUP online store represented by (hereinafter - "Online store") and the user of services (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer") and determines the conditions for the purchase of beauty products through the website of the online store.
Basic provisions
1.1. This Agreement is concluded between the Buyer and the online store at the time of placing the order.
1.2. The information posted on the website of the online store contains conditions, offers to purchase goods and is a public offer, the status of which is enshrined in Art. 633 of the Civil Code of Ukraine (GKU). Acceptance is the fact of placing an order for the offered goods.
1.3. When placing an order, the Buyer agrees to the conditions stipulated by this Agreement by placing an order on the website.
1.4. Any individual or legal entity that is able to pay for the goods can make a purchase in the online store.
1.5. The goods are paid for in the national currency of Ukraine upon delivery of the goods or by bank transfer.
Information about goods
2.1. The product is presented in the catalog of photo samples, which are the property of the online store.
2.2. The photo of each product is accompanied by additional information: article number, description and price.
2.3. If the site provides insufficient information for the buyer to make a decision, the manager must provide it by phone or via e-mail.
2.4. The cost indicated on the site may be changed by the online store unilaterally.
2.5. If the Buyer has ordered a product whose price has been changed, the manager of the online store must inform about this by phone or by e-mail to confirm or cancel the order. If the Buyer is unavailable, the order is automatically cancelled.
Procedure for purchasing goods in the online store
3.1. The order can be placed by the Buyer on the website, by phone, by e-mail or through the official pages of the online store in social networks.
3.2. The buyer can purchase the goods presented on the site in any quantity.
3.3. If the ordered product is not available on the site, the manager must inform the Buyer by phone, social networks or email.
3.4. In the absence of goods, the Buyer has the right to replace the goods of a similar model, refuse this product, cancel the order.
3.5. The Buyer may refuse to purchase any product until it is sent.
Delivery and transfer of the goods to the Buyer
4.1. Delivery of goods purchased in the online store is carried out by Nova Poshta (to the branch, or by courier)
4.2 The ordered goods are sent within one to two business days from the date of confirmation of the order by the Buyer. Sunday and officially recognized holidays are not included in the number of working days.
4.3. The buyer is obliged, in the presence of a courier or a point of issue, to accept the ordered goods in terms of quantity, quality, assortment and completeness of the goods.
4.4. The fact of acceptance of the goods by the Buyer is the payment for the goods by the Buyer.
4.5. If the Buyer refuses the order at the time of delivery, the costs associated with the return delivery of the goods are paid by the online store.
4.6. The buyer is not obliged to compensate the costs of the online store associated with the delivery of the order, if during the acceptance of the goods it turns out that the delivered goods are of inadequate quality, quantity, assortment or completeness.
Payment for the order < /p>
5.1. An order placed in the online store is paid by the Buyer by bank transfer or upon direct receipt.
5.2. Payment for the order by bank transfer must be made by the Buyer by 100% advance transfer of funds to the settlement account of the online store within three working days from the date of confirmation of the order.
5.3.If the funds are not received within the specified time, the Internet the store reserves the right to cancel the order.
Procedure for returning goods of good quality
6.1. The buyer has the right to refuse the delivered goods at the time of receipt from the courier or at the point of issue.
6.2. Return of goods to the online store is possible if the goods have not been used. In addition, the original packaging and label with a seal must be preserved.
6.3. Return of goods to the online store is made at the expense of the Buyer.
6.4. When the Buyer returns the goods of good quality, the online store returns to him the amount of money paid for the goods: upon the return of the goods, minus the reimbursement of the store's expenses associated with the delivery of the goods to the Buyer.

7.one. Personal hygiene products are non-refundable when used.
7.2. Return of goods to the online store is at the expense of the Buyer.
Other
8.1. The online store reserves the right to expand and reduce the product offer on the Site, regulate access to the purchase of any goods, and also suspend or stop the sale of any goods at its own discretion.
8.2. This Agreement shall be considered in the form as it is published on the Site, and shall be applied and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.
