Replacement and return of goods of good quality

Guaranteed Art. 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" and carried out at the expense of the buyer within 14 days from the date of sale of the goods. Replacement and return are possible if the product was not in use, has no signs of use: scratches, chips, abrasions, the product is fully completed, the integrity of the packaging is not violated, its presentation, consumer properties, as well as a document confirming the fact and conditions are preserved purchase of said product.

Goods from the list of goods of good quality, not subject to exchange (return), approved by the Cabinet of Ministers, according to Art. 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Consumer Rights”. Transportation of goods / replacement of goods is at the expense of the Buyer. If, when considering the Buyer's claim for replacement / return of the goods, it is established that the goods were in use, have defects (cracks, scratches, chips, mechanical damage, with the exception of hidden manufacturing defects), are incomplete or not in the original packaging, then the exchange / no refund will be made. When returning, it is not allowed to put inscriptions, addresses, adhesive materials, etc. on the packaging.

Replacement and return of goods of inadequate quality

Guaranteed Art. 8 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" and is carried out in case of detection of significant defects in the goods or hidden manufacturing defects identified during operation within 14 days from the date of purchase.

The possible replacement of the product or its components with similar ones in terms of properties and cost, subject to prior agreement with the Buyer, is not a significant defect, malfunction or non-functionality of the product. To exchange goods of inadequate quality, you must:

2. Describe the essence of the claim, as well as inform the manager of your order number or the name for which the order was made.

3. Submit a photo of the defective item.

4. Fill out the examination report. In the case of the return of a manicure instrument, all further actions for the replacement / return of the goods are carried out solely on the basis of the conclusion of the examination.

The examination takes 14 working days. As a result of its implementation, the manager contacts you and notifies you of the results of the examination. In case of returning a different assortment of goods, all further actions for replacement / return are carried out in agreement with the manager of the online store.

ATTENTION! If, as a result of an examination of a manicure instrument, it is established that its defects arose as a result of a manufacturing defect, then the Seller shall replace the goods.

If, as a result of the examination of the goods, it is established that its shortcomings arose due to circumstances for which the Seller (manufacturer) is not responsible, then the replacement of the goods is not made. Delivery of goods to the Seller and back is carried out by the Buyer.

If during the examination it is established that its shortcomings arose through the fault of the Seller, the Seller is obliged to reimburse the cost of delivery of the goods.

Conditions for refunding the cost of goods

The refund of the funds paid by the Buyer shall be made in the manner agreed by the parties within 3 to 7 banking days.

Goods that do not belong to the exchange and return

In accordance with Art. 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved a list of goods of good quality that are not subject to exchange or return. Such goods include, among others:

• food products, medicines and products, sanitary items;

• perfumery and cosmetic products;

• shaving machines;

• combs, combs and massage brushes;

• gloves, fabrics, underwear, hosiery;

• goods in aerosol packaging; products made of natural and artificial hair (wigs);

• tools for manicure, pedicure (scissors, nail files, etc.).

ATTENTION! The seller does not exchange or return goods from this list.

Tolerances of working parts of the tool SPL
