Calluses and cracks on the legs are not only unattractive and unaesthetic, but also dangerous. After all, the accumulation of dirt, which so "loves" such defects, contributes to the development of infections with all the consequences.
In order for this part of your body to "look" 100%, it is recommended to use foot graters.

How to use a foot grater?
Fill the basin with water. Its depth should be sufficient for complete immersion of the foot. The temperature of the water before using the foot grater should be as high as possible, but not so much that being in it causes unpleasant sensations.
Add additional ingredients to the water. For example, it can be hand soap or vitamin complexes. We also recommend adding a little olive and/or essential oil (chamomile, lavender, etc.) to the basin.
Before starting the procedure for cleaning the skin from keratinized areas, use a foot grater to lower your feet into water for 15 minutes. After that, wipe the legs with a towel.
Run your hand over the skin. After a 15-minute stay in hot water, roughened epidermis feels much better. Having identified problem areas, you can begin the procedure of removing problem areas with the help of a foot grater.
Scrape off the thickened skin with gentle movements. Be careful when performing this procedure: the area in the middle of the foot is very easy to injure.
Finish cleaning with a pumice stone. When working with it, it is worth remembering that pumice stone slides through the epidermis much easier if the skin is first lubricated with lotion or oil.
Finally, apply a moisturizing cream and massage your legs. This will speed up blood circulation, relax muscles and reduce painful sensations, which are often experienced by girls and boys who undergo the procedure of removing rough skin for the first time.
